Anyway, Euphy adores Coral as a whole right now! But she kind of already feels like Kit is the reckless one, especially after their conversation together at Mother's game. She definitely appreciates his ability to roll with her crazy ideas though, and even though she worries... she's not the person she worries about the most in Aather? Just a general sense of, oh dear, he probably has a propensity to take things way too far in the name of proving a point...

HILARIOUSLY, Euphy's first impressions of Kit are pretty accurate! He is the reckless one, and he does have a tendency to take things too far to prove a point... :'D Kit appreciates the worry, but he feels deep down he doesn't really need it, so the fact that it isn't SUPER HUGE WORRY is good for him. Beyond that, Kit enjoys Euphy a lot! She's kind, clever, creative, and energetic, which makes her fun for him to talk to and an interesting character for him to be involved with PLUS SHE LIKES HIS MAGIC, which is always ace. He also recognizes that she's smart and capable, particularly after Mother's game, and will definitely be seeking her out to get to know her better. '-'b

How does Euphy view Amethyst so far?

AMETHYST IS FILLED WITH LYING LIARS WHO LIE. Euphy doesn't know how much, but she gets the feeling they are all hiding from feelings in one way or another. And that they are extremely dedicated to, well, Amethyst. (yan yan yan)

She also knows that they don't consider themselves very social, which is one way she differs from them, because she likes talking to people and making friends! So she will probably just go... visit the other people she wants to visit, instead of inviting them to Amethyst, out of courtesy for the rest of the team.

Kit has to rank the teams in order of which he'd choose to die first, and he has to do this honestly. How does he rank the teams, and why if you can?

Turquoise - TORRENT, he super likes Torrent okay
Tiger's Eye - Naoto, plus Coral really bonded with them during the cohab game

AND HERE THINGS START GETTING MURKY, 'cause he'd really actually want to protect the above teams evenly because the connections to Coral are the strongest on them

Emerald - Rabbit's connection to Viridian. BUT THEY'RE TOUGH and he knows they tend to favor self-sacrifice, so they get a little lower
Carnelian - Hikaru's and his connection to Leo, and his connection to Alena. But they're also tough! Thus why they're also a little lower
Sapphire - HE IS SUPER FOND OF THIS TEAM, but again toughness means he's okay with ranking them a little lower
Heliodor - RAN AND TSURUUME AND NED, also new! So they get more protection
Coral - and of course his team gets then umber one slot.

IT'S BE A HARD DECISION FOR HIM, and tbh a lot of teams (not just the last five) are on even footing with each other (Iolite-Jasper-Peridot-Ruby, Kunzite-Amethyst-Turquoise-TE-Citrine, Emerald-Carnelian-Sapphire-Heliodor, Coral. That's how they could be grouped :|a). He honestly does them by personal connections because it's the easiest way, and no one wants to choose to let their friends die :(a But he'd protect all teams at once if he could.

Euphy breaks the scenario, refuses to choose, or finds some clever way to protect all teams.

But in her heart of hearts, she protects Amethyst, Sterling, Peridot-Kunzite at all costs, because of the people on those teams that are important to her. Then, you go down the list: Coral, Heliodor, Sapphire, and the rest rank pretty evenly right now.

DO YOU HAVE SONGCALLS FOR KIT?

I WANT TO KNOW WHAT EUPHY THINKS OF SUZAKU, complete with impressions helped along by other people.

Euphy worries about Suzaku, though she isn't sure how, or if, she should bring her worries up to him. She knows that he's very important to her, but at the same time he's almost like a stranger to her. So it makes it hard for her to go, "I'm worried about how the darkness affected you," since she has a feeling that Suzaku would brush off that concern and turn it back to his concern for her somehow.

Probably the one that's most helped her impression of Suzaku along, and confirmed her worries, was Lelouch. Even though she's certain that both he and Suzaku are hiding something big from her, neither has much motivation to hide when something's wrong with the other. Lelouch told her about the darkness, and it's from that that she realized that even if his responsibility is to protect her... It's her responsibility to care for him.

And while she believes Suzaku is telling the truth, she also thinks that wasn't the whole truth of why Lelouch is acting strangely, but it's another hunch that she has no reasonable ground to call him out on. So, instead of being frank and open, for the moment she's decided she'll work with a more subtle approach to both Lelouch and Suzaku.

What are Suzaku's main worries for Euphy in Aather?

Hmmm... gosh I'll go all out for you.

- Echo writes about whenever she runs into him! She never details too much of what happened because she'd be too embarrassed to reread it when she does. She actually does not talk much about their FEELINGS SESSIONS in her diary! She just writes simple notes. After their first talk at the beach during cohabitation, she wrote "Encountered Emil. We spoke of something unexpected... he's too nice for his own good," and as time goes by, the lines start sounding like "The usual was discussed. He was reassuring and comforting," and so on. Her descriptions are simple, but clear enough for her to understand.

- SOMETIMES SHE SAYS ~CRUEL~ THINGS, but you should know by now that the cruel things are just Echo being tsun and judgemental!! "Emil lent me a charm. Didn't someone lend it to him? He is such a fool for neglecting himself like that."

- Occasionally she has strike-thoughs and erasing... :') "Emil cares too much. ~~I cannot stand it.~~ ~~It's tolerable.~~ It's reassuri Just what is he thinking?"

- IF I DO RECALL, you said you were okay with gossip spreading about ~Emil and Mitsuru~ so I am assuming Echo has probably noted tiny things about them! SPECIFICS IDK, because I have not toyed with it, and I forget what details you were okay with, but yes. Cutesy observations of them are written down.

- Other things include random observations of him?! NOT IN ANY STALKERISH WAY, because Echo writes as much as she can about everyone she sees (so long as they are being somewhat interesting beyond casual, everyday chit-chat). Again, I don't have anything super specific in regards to this because I always try to practice caution when going about Echo's observations, but it's there. o/

FEELS ON PERIDOT...? What happened there, oh my.

HAHA, PERIDOT IS AN ENDLESS VACUUM WHERE FEELINGS NEVER ESCAPE.

Uh, basically Ratatosk decided that he really did NOT feel like accepting damage for the sake of protecting other teams, especially since you couldn't really count on the other teams to protect Peridot! So, because he's never switched in a game before, he switched and threw the stones on other teams, namely Iolite and Heliodor. :')

And then everyone sat on him and accused him of not caring about Peridot! So he. Pretty much ragequit the team, and made everyone unhappy.

How is Turquoise dealing with Zwei after everything's died down?

Zwei has been hiding her head until recently, so they haven't had to deal with her since Oz's murder, past Echo's rants and ramblings about her. Turquoise has been split: one half GET RID OF ZWEI, SHE'S NOTHING BUT A BURDEN ON ECHO/SHE KILLS PEOPLE and one half NO LET'S GIVE HER A CHANCE/ZWEI'S JUST MISUNDERSTOOD/SEE IF YOU CAN GET ALONG WITH HER, ECHO

Since being stabbed by Drift yesterday (ICly), I think Yayoi and Sakura, the ones who I think insisted that Zwei should be considered, too, have realized that Zwei is becoming a problem? I THINK?? THIS IS FROM READING THREADS OK, THEY HAVE NOT LEGIT SAID THIS. Like, Echo informed both of them that she IS going to get Zwei removed, and neither argued at that point. So... I think they are squared away with trying to get rid of her? Nnnot that it's going to work, but oh well.

...ANYWAY! Regarding Echo, I don't think it has changed TOO much from my previous answer on your last meme. Echo values Emil a lot! He has been there for her, they can relate, and he certainly has made Echo's day before! Definitely of the most important CR going on for her. Echo would still say all of the nice things about them, maybe tack on a few rude comments (to balance it out, ok!!1), and still have difficulty calling him a friend (but secretly consider him one anyway). Echo logic. ONE DAY SHE WOULD LIKE TO GET PAST HER TSUN AND SIMPLY THANK HIM FOR EVERYTHING, but every time she wants to, something comes up or she gets distracted.

Also, in Yuri's question meme, I realized that with the way things are going, or with the right push, Echo could very well end up helplessly crushing on him. '-'a

AS FOR ZWEI, SHE IS PISSED WITH EMIL. Early on, after the crazy shit that went down with Ruby, Zwei was hoping that Turquoise's inability to understand Echo's pleas would wear her down and shut her up. That would have happened, only, that didn't! Echo got encouragement and words of advice from Emil, who DID seem to understand! At first Zwei was like lol that's so cute he's trying to be supportive BUT THEN SHE REALIZED IT WAS DOING THINGS TO ECHO'S HEAD, like giving her a bit of a confidence boost and encouraging her to try to get her thoughts across to her team! AND IT'S STARTED WORKING. With the motive of 'winning Turquoise's trust, using it, abusing it, and eventually fucking them over' on Zwei's mind, Zwei thinks that Emil kind of really ruined things! Not to mention if he were out of the picture, Echo would be submissive and wimpy and weh BUT NO, EMIL WAS THERE FOR HER AND THAT RUINED EVERYTHING GD IT.

So, that's why she would love for him to get out of the picture. He's making Echo better, and for Zwei that's making it worse. :'Dd

I NEVER GAVE YOU ONE FOR REAL, SO LET'S DO THIS!!

Emil considers Echo extremely important to him in Aather, like she's one of the most significant people for him, outside of Peridot and Citrine. She's in an extremely similar situation to his, and that means that even though he can't give her the most perfect way out (and as far as he is aware, he did create his situation and has to live with it), he can at least talk with her and have her understand. He doesn't walk on the same eggshells with her as he does everyone else, because she gets it. It doesn't matter that she doesn't have to put up with him like Peridot does, and it would be beneficial for them to hear some of the things they talk about, he only really feels comfortable talking with her about them.

That means that Zwei gets to be someone that he can say things to that he'd really like to say to Ratatosk sometimes, while still knowing he can depend on Ratatosk's strength if it goes wrong. YEAH, I CAN TALK BIG, 'CAUSE I HAVE A VIOLENT PERSONALITY TOO. YOU CAN'T BULLY ME, except for when you can. Because while he would be extremely upset if Zwei hurt someone important to him, very much so, he wouldn't abandon Echo, because it really isn't Echo's fault in his head.

S... So, yes, he likes being able to commiserate and look after her. Both because he honestly does want to help her, and because he's selfish and it's reassuring to have someone who understands him. KANT WOULD CALL HIS LOGIC FOR HIS KINDNESS INHERENTLY WRONG, I GUESS.

What IS Zwei planning, if anything?

Zwei has a few little plans, yes!

ONE: Get rid of Emil

Sure, everyone has talked with Echo about Zwei, and taken her side, but Emil is the big influence on Echo right now. Zwei was talking to Vincent, and she mentioned him, actually! Vincent laughed it off and told her to ignore him, that Echo has already lost to Zwei, and that she's likely to have difficulty trusting another person anyway! Zwei took this as "scare Emil off and having Echo unknowingly think he no longer wants anything to do with her, causing her to become distressed," EXCEPT THIS IS FAILING, OH NOOOO~

TWO: Get on Turq's good side

By doing this she might get more air-time and freedom! Turquoise would trust her and not make jump conclusions (IN HER EYES, hahahaha), and that would be nice! She would get more leeway to pull crazy shit and maybe they will think she didn't do it! Only... this is very difficult now, especially considering that she accidentally got stabbed and Turq's RIGHT NOW already planning to get rid of her. Zwei is kind of panicking because FUCK SHE MIGHT REALLY DIE OR SOMETHING, "I NEED MORE TIIIIME."

THREE: Get rid of Echo

In the scenario that Zwei succeeded with ONE and TWO, she supposes that Echo would be pretty freaking broken at this point. With this set, Zwei would take advantage of this and claim the body from Echo FOR GOOD.

Hilariously, Zwei's attention span with plans is... lacking. She can pull short-term ones, but long-winded plans (like Vincent's) are a little out of her league! If she wants it, she wants it now. She doesn't have the patience for gradual movement, she wants instant gratification. All-in-all, the plan pulls together to make one big one, except she gets the instant gratification she desires by working this way.

how we doin Judith?

Life is hilarious for Judith. She's not sure how to cope with a villain being on her team. It's like... if Alexei ended up on Sapphire, except a little better because Van's not Alexei. So Judith won't ragequit Sapphire quite as vocally and has about a million times more patience for Van. But she's considering showing him some of her memories with Alexei essentially torturing Estelle to give him an idea of where she is coming from with that. :) :) :)

Also, dying was not fun and freaked her out a whole hell of a lot, compounded with residual FML from the darkness plot, and Judith's propensity to bottle shit up, she's doin' okay. Not crashing and burning like Emil, but there is definitely friction between her and Sapphire rn.

How you doin' Flynn?

FLYNN HAS A MILLION QUESTS RIGHT NOW LIFE HAS NEVER BEEN BETTER.

Which is to say that Jabberwock's quest definitely hit him in seeing how utterly futile it is to defy the rules and how the darkness isn't the greatest threat that Aather has to offer. He's not necessarily discouraged by this, per say, but it has mellowed his mood out significantly. Flynn has definitely entered head down, muddle on mode in terms of how he's approaching Aather. He has about three outstanding quests from Beauty now, which are going to get his undivided attention at the moment, and is definitely really gung ho on making sure that heroes are taken care of with things being as nasty as they are.

Basically, he's funneling all of his available energy to just Getting Shit Done because when he lingers to think on things too long the prospects are pretty grim. Personae want them dead, Beauty probably kidnapped everyone here without consent, and Yuri's drawn a very clear line as to where Flynn can and cannot speak up in matters of their relationship. He's a bit lost in terms of his memories because given how much things have shifted in Aather it's a bit like "well...that doesn't matter much now, does it?" So he's moving into sort of a take-and-ignore attitude towards those and just doing everything he can for Beauty and the heroes.

He's not pessimistic through all of this, though. Talking with Lloyd and Mithos has confirmed that changes can be made and Yuri has a history of being stubborn and dumb so Flynn is still hoping that there will be a means of change. He just hasn't found that yet, so he's finding other ways to occupy himself while he bides his time.

Right now, Euphy has a rather simple impression of Vincent, though I guess that could change depending on if she saw the mauling. :') At any rate, she thinks Vincent is a very charming gentleman... And she has no reason to doubt his sincerity at the moment, though she gets the feeling that he, like Suzaku and Lelouch, is hiding something. But she can't say what the nature of that is yet.

She isn't sure what to think of C.C. Except that she's important to Lelouch in some way, and seems to care very much about his well being, which means she wants to talk to her more if she can.

Vincent thinks is very nice and innocent young girl who needs to be taken out on a date if only to piss Lelouch off. ♥

Uhh, C.C. doesn't have a very strong impression of Euphemia, because she wants to play hands off with the princess for the most part. She's not a completely disagreeable person like most of her type, though.

Why'd you app Euphy?

Well, I wanted someone dramatically different from the characters I was already playing. I also thought it would be fun to troll the crap out of Zazzle, and also make up for the atrocity that was the time I played Euphy for like a month back when R1 wasn't even finished. So, I guess because she was a nice princess, who can handle feelings.

So I see you sure did try to maul a Personae. What was going on in Vincent's through processes for that?

Oh, is that . . . I am trying to recall when it first went down, but I thought it was you, then I thought it wasn't because someone said it was a new kid . . . I have no idea, but we got a massacre princess!

Alright, it looked a bit . . . Off the board for Vincent, I'm sure! He really does enjoy the company of many Persona while others are cursing them out for their behavior. Truly, he's had a crush on Three since his first game, uwah. /// So, I'm going to go long-form to explain this . . .

So, first off, the past heavily influenced Vincent in this case. If it weren’t for a number of events in the past that had happened, Vincent would never have lashed out at all. He remembers killing Elliot’s father for using his own son for the sake of his own ambitions. Elliot was ultimately a sacrifice to the culture that he was far too good for, and Vincent was furious for that. Logistically, killing Duke Nightray, revealing himself as the other half to the Head Hunter, and so on was not the wisest move! But Vincent is always easily overcome by his anger and rage at certain things. Rather, Vincent doesn’t allow any other emotion to move him whenever his feelings get in the way. He’s also had that disdain for noble culture buried in him since his . . . Well, second memory! Then, it was closely followed again in his third, so it wasn’t a new development; he simply pushed it down more often than not. So, yeah, having lived without and surviving in a completely different world from the opulence of the nobility as a child living on the streets, then recalling how easily nobles are pushed around and completely unworthy of the respect afforded to them . . . Vincent has never had good feelings toward them or their etiquette. ♥

Hilariously, in their second or so thread, Yuri accidentally stepped on that landmine where Vincent refused to admit that he was part of that culture. He was not the same as all of those nobles who rested on their laurels and left everyone to wrack and ruin. (Later on, Vincent realized he was just satisfying himself with believing something like that, so it never came up again.) When you talk about hating the upper class with Yuri, you always expect that to go over super well. So, they got along on that point, but it didn’t last . . .

Moving forward a bit, Yuri enjoyed himself at Mother’s first game, which Vincent turned his head from. Yes, the scene can be very captivating; yes, Vincent knows so very well how to operate in that circle. It is all very enchanting from afar, but some of the confidence that Vincent had in Yuri had withered away. Then, later on, Yuri decided to use his dance card from Mother for a date! . . . It was a bad choice on many, many different fronts. However, the one most relevant to the attack was that Mother abused Yuri to get him to dress the part of a noble and Yuri let her do it. It set Vincent on edge, especially when he had just gotten the memory of killing Duke Nightray and letting his rage at that culture loose. It’s one thing to casually enjoy the scene, but it’s another to let yourself be hurt and harmed in order to “fit in”. So, Vincent and Yuri had an unspoken agreement to refuse all of Mother’s games; they skipped out on two, I think? They would enter the ring, then they would walk right back out.

Now, we arrive at the game of destiny! Vincent slipped in, saw that Yuri wasn’t leaving, and played along with the game. He could tell that Mother was dabbling in his secrets, but what Personae hasn’t done that before? Truly, Mother’s games never bothered him; it’s always been her. So, the endgame came around, and she was not pleased. It was such a nice sight, because that means that someone, anyone, had told her to hit the road with trying to force her rules and expectations on them. See, the beauty of noble culture is that it doesn’t survive if everyone isn’t willing to play along with the game, and if no one submits and gives them power over another. Then, Vincent saw that Yuri’s wounds were torn open and it resonated poorly on two points: One, Vincent was still trying to get over the fact that he had done that, and he was not pleased to have it thrown bloodily back in his face then used for another’s ends. He has small obsession with marks and scars, so having a mark that he wanted gone getting ran over with someone else who should not be allowed to mark Yuri . . . It just didn’t sit well with him! Two, she broke the rules of the game. Resorting to violence to make someone submit to her useless nobility and standards is not what nobles do to get someone to play along; Mother had lost, and she violently refused to acknowledge that fact. So, when there’s a heinous and wretched beast wandering about, unable to acknowledge its own end that is drawing closer, what do you do with it? Haha, put it out of its misery, of course.

So, Vincent lashed out, because he despised what Mother stood for, that she wouldn’t admit she had lost, and because he refused to allow any part of noble culture to spread a foot further into Aather. It had no place there, and even he wasn’t going to sit back and calmly let it take root. Admittedly, Yuri called Vincent out that he wouldn’t have acted that way if it hadn’t been Yuri who was hurt, and he was right! When it’s someone who is as good and above the raff as Elliot or someone like Yuri who shouldn’t have been seduced to noble culture in the slightest who are the victims of it, Vincent does get even more bothered by it.

HOLY LABORIOUS WORDS, BATMAN. Okay, talk to me about how Euphy felt about everything that went down with Amethyst in that trauma game. Also, what are her plans moving forward with her team in the future?

First impressions?

Pascal is really nice, and gentle natured. Euphy likes that, because she feels more accustomed to that herself. However, she worries that this is at the expense of Pascal continuing to carry guilt regardless of what everyone else thinks, even the people he wronged. And she did have a generous assist from Mark in knowing that he's a lying liar who lies with a smile, but I'm certain she would have figured it out anyway. So, she's concerned that Pascal hides his hurt with his smile so much that... it's hard for everyone else, and even possibly himself, to know when he's genuinely happy or when he's hiding the hurt with a smile.

EMILATOSK - Well, Emil still likes her. :'D

Ratatosk will want to kill her something bad the next time he sees her, though. Like, all her credibility is completely gone for him, and it will be next to impossible to get that back. He is also using her as complete justification for why it's a horrible idea to trust anyone. So... yeah...

JUDITH - She feels a little bit like a bad teammate for creating a scene, and even talking about the subject too soon... But she does feel a lot of rapport with Apple, because she also did horrible things while under the influence of darkness. So, she does want to be a better, more warm teammate, but that is hard for her, because of her typical cold nature that takes a little bit to get past... Yep.

EUPHY - Likes all of Sapphire, but thinks that Apple is really sweet! She's going to be hanging around Sapphire more in general, after Amethyst caused them to die. She wants to make sure that everyone is as forgiving as Mau and Red were. :')

EMILATOSK -> sob, she knows she completely betrayed Ratatosk's trust with the Darkness thing, and honestly is still very hung up over it. She won't expect him to...ever trust her again...but if he's hurt she'll still attempt to help in whatever way she can. :x SHE'S GLAD EMIL WAS PRETTY CHILL WITH HER WHEN THEY TALKED (I forget when it was but I know they talked) and it put her a little at ease, but she still knows that she broke something and will probably never fix it. :(

JUDITH -> Apple really has nothing but respect for Judith, because she states what she wants so clearly and doesn't hesitate! And she does take care of the team and chide them in her own way. Apple just really wasn't ready for the talk and basically bailed out with Mau as soon as she could, because she doesn't want to break down in front of her team. :( There is a sense of connection in that they both got Darkness'd and that's also still REALLY RECENT for Apple, so knowing that at least Judith would not hold it against her and knows how horrible it was is... comforting.

EUPHY -> Super adorable pink haired girl! She made a good impression and Apple likes Amethyst a lot, so there are just general good feels in her direction. She doesn't hold it against Amethyst in the slightest and really just wants them to get past it, though...mostly because she doesn't want to think about it...so yeah.

How's Euphy doing with Amethyst?

Impressions on Mark?

She thinks that Mark is a good person, and if not for the subject matters they tend to talk about, she'd find his bluntness pretty amusing? It's interesting to have someone be so frank when, even though she has LESS reason to be in Aather, she's already taking the track towards subtly finding out what is up with everyone else. And she DOES feel bad for having apparently replaced his best friend on the team, so she wants to go out of her way to be supportive to him since Kagari's gone.

They haven't delved too deeply yet, but she's going to keep talking to him and gently poking him as long as he lets her.

i mean yes. They haven't had much chance to delve deeply, but their cr has been pretty fucking magical since the start. And he is one of those people that really benefits from people pursuing him and bullying him and topping him into being something like a functional human being. He's kind of bewildered, when he stops to think about it, that somebody who's clearly--at least at the moment--a civ, and optimistic and innocent, has managed to get so close so quickly. Because the other people who've done that in Aather have generally done so by registering as Fellow Survivors (this was especially the case with Kagari.) And she's clearly not--or if she turns out to be, he is going to want to choke the life out of something. There are probably some things that he may never be open about, because seriously, how does one talk rape trauma with a disney princess >.> but. All the dere.

We've talked Ven and Ratatosk, anything new about Ven and Emil?

A-Aww...

EMIL HAS SO MANY THINGS HE WANTS TO BRING UP TO VEN. He DOES want to talk about the kiss, but like. EVERY TIME they talk, something horrible is happening, so it just feels awkward bringing it back to something that was... relatively silly for everything else that happened with that plot. Like, "Um, hey, Ven..." And he figures that it would be kind of rude to bring it up because that's... really Ven's thing to decide if he wants to talk to him about.

Other than that, Emil just wants to cuddle Ven a lot and help him feel better, even though it's kind of obvious he's sort of falling apart himself. And when he next comes back, he's just going to... hide his head in shame. Because while he understands Ratatosk's reasoning (he won't deny that that sort of crossed his mind too), he knows that that isn't the way that Ven and Cassie want to play, and that they each have people not on Peridot they desperately want to protect.

What about from Ven's end?

Ven is just...so fucking worried about him right now, I can't even. So the only real thing stopping him from running off in the hail after his squirrel is the uncertainty of who he'd find, because he's not really going to be capable of dealing with Ratatosk coherently until he has a chance to cling to Emil for a while. (And the OOC knowledge that he's still Ratatosk, but well. :x)

He wants to bring up the whole kissing thing, too, but, well, TIMING. All romantic shenanigans on hold until no longer a total wreck.

But yeah basically, once Emil shows up again, Ven isn't going to let go of him for a while. >.> And there's a lot of stuff to talk about, but mostly, must love on, and try to help with the whole falling apart thing.

Euphy's thoughts on Amethyst in general, so far?

I answered this one earlier, but:

AMETHYST IS FILLED WITH LYING LIARS WHO LIE. Euphy doesn't know how much, but she gets the feeling they are all hiding from feelings in one way or another. And that they are extremely dedicated to, well, Amethyst. (yan yan yan)

She also knows that they don't consider themselves very social, which is one way she differs from them, because she likes talking to people and making friends! So she will probably just go... visit the other people she wants to visit, instead of inviting them to Amethyst, out of courtesy for the rest of the team.

How is Ven feeling about Peridot right now?

Perifeelings, Perifeelings, rolling right along...

He is kind of having a lot of...generalized bluh and frustration. I mean seriously, people, can we do anything without hurting each other. :|a After some conversations with Mau and Allen and Mithos, he's realized that his "noooo I can't let my team hurt other people" has been gradually reformed into "I don't want Peridot to hurt anybody, including Peridot."

...because he's a keybrat and he doesn't dream small, APPARENTLY.

It's not like he has...any idea how to go about doing this, really, or the tools to fully analyze just why Peridot is...feelings jenga. Especially because right now he's emotionally exhausted and deeply depressed. But the Jabberwock game kind of rammed home that...no matter how much his first gut instinct is always going to be self-sacrifice to save others, that doesn't work for Peridot, and the times they've come home from games the happiest have been when they didn't. If in a similar situation again, he is going to push the Emerald solution hard, as he perceives that as the only possible answer to the dilemma. (And he'll be questing to fix that awkward thing with Roxas.)

But more generally than that, he's just...very :/ at his team's massive capacity to ruin each other at the drop of a hat. This is not what we want :\ why do we keep doing it :/ do we seriously want Peridot to be a greater source of stress and pain than it is comfort and happiness because that's what it feels like right now. :/ (Ven also has a somewhat skewed perspective there, because he's the only Peridot whose emotional support network is pretty much entirely off-team. Like the core People Who Make Him Feel Okay are not on team, so he doesn't approach his team to Feel Better, he approaches his team to have deredot and be supportive, on a good day, and...be made to feel worse, on a bad day.)

This isn't to say that he doesn't still love them all madly, because he does. He's just hitting a this-is-ridiculous threshold with the amount of pain and stress and trauma that Peridot generates for itself.
